Quality management system policy

Omicdco, benefiting from the favorable background in the construction industry and by considering the announcements made by the Supreme Leader such as the realization of a resistance economy, supporting Iranian goods, implementation of Iranian and Islamic architecture and the vision of the Islamic Republic of Iran (Iran 1404) and in line with the policies of the upper hand organization (Tadbir Development Group) intends to be one of the pioneers of investment in construction industry in the country. Also, by creating process-oriented thinking at all levels of the organization in order to meet issues such as legal requirements, focusing on new technologies and innovations, observing technical and quality principles, customer orientation, increasing the satisfaction of stakeholders and shareholders by meeting the demands and Customer and shareholder satisfaction and trust is committed to the following principles. 1) Developing an integrated system and infrastructure for safe and fast access to information to optimize the synergy system and project quality management and achieving the holding company standards. 2) Paying attention to the comprehensive protection of efficient human resources as the most valuable asset of the company through proper organization, motivation, promotion of employees’ competencies by designing cultural, educational and regulatory mechanisms in line with the model of superior organizations. 3) Organizing and systematizing the new marketing management process and increasing product quality in order to increase customer satisfaction and develop the mechanism of optimal liquidity management. 4) Optimizing and planning the business management process to reduce deviations, increase the number of profitable projects and improve the project production cycle. 5) Expanding the use of information and communication technology and optimal use of existing equipment and making new technologies smarter

In order to achieve the above principles, the company has implemented the quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard model at all levels and continuously acts towards the quality goals in line with the policy and by reviewing through monitoring and measurement and analysis examines the degree of qualitative realization.
