Change in the company’s board of directors

According to the instructions of corporate governance from the Securities and Exchange Organization that the majority of board members of listed companies should be non-compulsory. A meeting was held with the presence of the honorable deputies of Tadbir Building Development Group, the managing director, the deputies and the honorable directors of the company, during this meeting, they appreciated and thanked Mr. Engineer Mansour Varshusaz Tadiye and Mr. Dariush Yari as non-members.
