- The residential part of this project is about 2000 units and it has been built in 7 residential phases (called Narges 1-7) with a total infrastructure of about 180 thousand square meters and the units have been handed over to the buyers.
- The excavation operation of 5 commercial-residential phases (called Narges 8-12) with a total infrastructure of approximately 40 thousand square meters on 05/31/1401 by Mr. Engineer Majid Mohammadi Shakib (CEO of Omid Development and Construction Company), Mr. Engineer Amin Moayidi (Deputy of Real Estate, Partnership and Sales) and Mr. Engineer Mohammad Ali Chaghameh (Deputy of Technical, Executive and Technology Development of the company) have been carried out, which will confirm the realization of part of the company’s metering and sales budget in the coming years.
